As psychiatrist Hoor is hosted by a program, a viewer calls and attacks Hoor as planned by her to create a viral trend. Assem kills his unfaithful wife. Hoor lures her husband, Talaat, into the desert and kills him.

Officer Sherif arrives at the scene of Talaat's murder, and investigations begin. Hoor explains to Sherif that Talaat suffered from depression and was suicidal.

Assem explains that he killed his wife because of her infidelity, but Hoor discovers that Assem is not the real killer. Hoor saves Assem's daughter from a big trouble and tries to find the real killer.

Hoor discovers that Aser has been involved in an affair with Assem's wife despite his engagement to Assem's daughter, who kills her stepmother, whereupon Assem claims responsibility of the crime. Hoor kills Aser in retaliation.

Hoor goes to Wedad, who is sentenced to death for killing her nephew, but Wedad assures Hoor that she did not kill him. The police continue the investigations into the killing of the journalist, Aser.

Wedad tells Hoor that her nephew was a drug addict, and that she found him dead and burned, so Hoor decides to help her prove her innocence.

Hoor goes to Salem's ex-wife in Alexandria and learns that Salem is not the killer. Hoor calls the prison warden to prevent Wedad's execution, but he tells her that the sentence has already been carried out despite her innocence.

Hoor meets Sayed and interrogates him about what happened, and he assures her that he did not know his father and mother's plot. Hoor gets closer to Sherif, who surprises her with a proposal on a TV program, and Hoor agrees to marry him.

Hoor marries Officer Sherif, and at the same time, Hoor arranges an appointment with Salem to come to the hotel where her wedding is taking place. Hoor claims that she is a journalist pursuing a meeting with Salem, who reveals to her that he was behind Wedad's execution, so Hoor kills him.

Officer Sherif begins investigating Salem's murder. Hoor receives a call from a mental health hospital telling her that there is a case that needs help. Hoor goes to the hospital and meets Reham, who tells her that she killed her children because of her husband's pressure on her.

Hoor meets Hadeer's neighbor, who assures her that Hadeer was tortured and abused by her husband and his second wife. The detectives discover that the common factor between Asser and Salem's murder is that the killer is a woman who kills her victims while listening to music.

Hoor meets Fawzia, who assures her that she loves Hadeer, who always treated her badly, but Hoor doesn't believe her. Hoor decides to take revenge on Fawzia, so she burns her coffee shop with Molotov.

Hoor informs Sherif of Hadeer's case, so Sherif arrests Dabour and Fawzia. Dabour says that he is suspicious of Hadeer's infidelity, but Fawzia denies all charges and is released due to insufficient evidence. Hoor chases Fawzia and tries to blackmail her.

In a deserted place, Hoor gives Fawzia the flash memory that proves Fawzia's involvement. Fawzia explains the reasons that prompted her to commit the crime against Hadeer and her children, and as she tries to kill Hoor, the latter electrocute Fawzia till she dies.

Hoor spies on Sherif as he is investigating Fawzia's murder. Abeer prevents Shahd from committing suicide because of her debts. Shahd turns to a professor who is married to a sterile wife and offers him to rent out her womb in exchange for paying off her debts.

Dr. Amir rents Shahd's womb, and after the fetus dies, he punishes her by removing her womb, and the case goes viral on social media. Officer Sherif grows suspicious of Hoor and tells her that the perpetrator responsible for the crimes taking place is a woman.

Hadeer's neighbor recognizes Hoor at the police station, and the head of security calls Officer Sherif to tell him that he is suspicious of Hoor. Shahd says that she was receiving care from Dr. Amir until she had an accident that caused the loss of the fetus.

Hoor sympathizes with Shahd's story and asks her for personal information about Dr. Amir, but she only knows his address. Shahd receives support from social media influencers. Hoor gains access to Dr. Amir's personal accoun; meanwhile, Officer Sherif tries to use Hoor's laptop and spy on her.

Dr. Amir gets depressed after people hate him because of Shahd's videos on social media. His lawyer convinces him to respond to Shahd, which causes people to sympathize with him, and he offers Shahd money in exchange for retracting her statements, but she secretly records a video of him and posts it.

After Sherif tells Hoor that he won't let the perpetrator flee justice, he tells his boss that he thinks Hoor is the murderer. Hoor leaves her phone in her apartment, kills Dr. Amir, and starts live streaming from his phone showing his hanged corpse. An officer finds a necklace at the crime scene.

Hoor sees many nightmares and recalls the murders she has committed. Shahd is arrested for murdering Dr. Amir, but is released after her neighbors' testimony. Sanaa kidnaps a child from a children's park due to her mental disorder, and the police arrest her.

Hoor gets Sanaa out of prison after proving that she suffers from mental illness as a result of the death of her son because of his nanny. Officer Sherif discovers that the necklace that the policeman has found belongs to Hoor, so Sherif asks Hoor about the necklace.

Sherif is surprised that the necklace is still with Hoor. Abeer finds many details that confirm Hoor's suspicions that Hadeer killed Sanaa's son. Hoor flees Officer Sherif's surveillance. Sarah tries to commit suicide after learning that her husband is marrying another woman, but Hoor saves her.

Tarek and Hadeer reveal how they colluded to kill Sanaa's son to augment their share of the inheritance. Hoor decides to take revenge on Tarek and Hadeer by having them suffocate as a result of a gas leak.

Tarek and Hadeer escape death and are transferred to the hospital, so Hoor goes there to kill them again, but she bumps into her husband, Officer Sherif, who makes sure she is the real killer and arrests her to be questioned.

Hoor admits to committing all the crimes she is accused of, saying that she doesn't even regret it. She refuses to be defended by a lawyer and asks if she could defend herself, justifying that she has committed all these crimes to defend the oppressed.

Dr. Iyad, Hoor's psychiatrist, reveals that Hoor's real name is Wissam and that she is not a psychiatrist as she claims, but a patient in a psychiatric hospital who has impersonated a psychiatrist.

Hoor tells her friend Sarah that the businessman Talaat, whom she killed, destroyed her life and caused the death of her father after he expelled him from his home and his bakery. Hoor tried to commit suicide after her father's death, so she was transferred to a psychiatric hospital.

Hoor tells Officer Sherif that at first she refused treatment, but the psychiatrist Iyad persuaded her, so she fell in love with him, but it was an unrequited love. She also met in the hospital many oppressed people, and Sherif sympathizes with Hoor.

Hoor commits suicide and burns her room wile playing the music she used to play while committing murders. It turns out that Hoor is Farida, the lawyer.
