Mr. Farouk asks Obeid to distribute the aid and reproaches him for his exploitation. Samir asks Farouk to move to live in the housing project he established for people with limited income.

Awad Abdullah, a thug, quarrels with Farouk over the position of director of the city of Bishboush, but the warden settles the matter and divides the city into two sections.

As residents throw garbage out of windows without throwing it into rubbish bins, Farouk decides to impose a fine on anyone who does so.

Sarman joins a terrorist group led by Braber, a thug, and Braber family's attempts to bring him back to the family home fail.

Shams treats her father for a bullet wound, and Awad agrees with Umm Braber (Braber's mother) to divide the city between them. Nashwan works with Farouk's wife, Shadia, to find a solution to the sewer overflow behind her husband's back.

Naji wants Farouk to stamp the tender's papers for him, but the latter refuses, so Naji pays Sarman to obtain his father's signature.

An exchange of fire takes place in the city following Braber's release from the detention prison, and Farouk demands, in the presence of the policeman and Samir. that a fine be paid to everyone who was harmed by this shooting.

Farouk defends the dogs in the area, prevents their killing, and complains to the policeman, while Braber tries to lure Farouk's son again, but the latter refuses.

Both Awad and Farouk appeal to the warden to choose which of the two projects will take place in the city. As the latter proposes a referendum, Awad's project gets selected.

Farouk gets angry with Shadia and his daughter because they went shopping in the mall, which burns down. Awad accuses Farouk of burning it, so he is arrested and the warden appoints Awad as director of Farouk's western section.

The electricity goes out, but Nashwan gets power illegally in his house. When Farouk learns about the matter, he asks him not to do so, and Braber stages a demonstration against him because he is unable to restore electricity to western Bishboush, which he runs.

Maher crashes Nashwan's car, so Farouk asks Awad to compensate Nashwan, but Maher insists that he did not do it, but eventually, he confesses and apologizes to Nashwan under the pressure of the warden.

After Farouk discovers that young people in the city spend most of their time online, he decides to hold a book-reading competition to keep them away from the harms of the Internet.

Shams and her brother post videos on social media in search of fame. Awad and Braber do the same and succeed, while Farouk fails.

As the school principal decides to cancel the school theater and increase the number of classrooms, Farouk objects, while Awad supervises the project to build classrooms by order of the governor.

Farouk takes his children and Kamal to visit Aden Cisterns and highlight the importance of the country's history compared to European countries, but during the trip, Islam loses Farouk's young son.

As Farouk and his wife, Shadia, fall ill, Shahd stays up to treat them. Nashwan falls ill as well, so Shahd goes to treat him, and Kamal admires her.

Shams looks after most of the residents of western Bishboush due to the spread of the epidemic. She even goes to treat Braber's mother, and Braber is smitten by her, much to his mother's amazement.

Shams treats the residents of the area for free, and Farouk takes medical equipment and medicines from the warden to treat the patients at his home. Braber pretends to be sick in order to stay close to Shams.

Wajdi and Dalia go to Farouk to fix their problem, as the girl's father wants to marry her off to his friend's son, so she ran away from home. Farouk tries to convince her father to let her marry Wajdi.

Ghazala tells her son about her previous relationship with Awad and how she ran away from her family for his sake, but he did not marry her. As Samir visits Farouk, he records a video of Dalia confessing to running away with Wajdi of her own free will.

Shadia mediates for Braber to return to school amidst everyone's amazement at the change in his attitude, and his friends learn that he has changed for the sake of Shams so that he can marry her.

Some investors want to build a resort by the sea, but Farouk refuses. Awad tries to gather approvals, but the governor refuses, amid Farouk and Samir's joy.

Braber continues his studies for Shams' sake, and Kamal also seeks to win Shams' favor. Ghazala asks Shams to stay away from her son.

Braber works for Samir and tries to be good at his job by learning everything. Farouk asks his son to read and go to work for Samir, but the latter, after meeting with him, expels him for his incompetence.

A young man from eastern Bishboush goes to ask for Shams' hand in marriage, much to Braber and Kamal's chagrin, but Shams rejects the suitor.

Awad asks his friend to rent his apartment to a rich man for a large amount of money, but the man refuses, so he seeks Farouk's help to solve his problem with Awad, while the residents refuse to pay money to the thugs for protection.

Awad kidnaps Anwar until he gives up his apartment, and he asks him to sign a contract to sell it, while Dalia goes to ask Farouk for help.

Awad informs Officer Saif that he is detaining Anwar until he signs the sale contract for his apartment, which makes Farouk angry. Braber gathers the youth and goes to eastern Bishboush and demonstrates in front of Awad's headquarters, but someone shoots Braber.

The governor is dismissed and a new governor, a friend of Awad, is appointed. He dismisses the warden and Farouk, who decides to leave Bishboush and return to his home, while Braber's health condition improves and he leaves the thug life behind.
