Taher asks Marwan, his son, to work with him when the latter loses all his projects. The building owner Mahmoud fights with his wife Halima over not registering the apartment in her name. Ibrahim is sick, and the police track down a journalist who was photographing state-owned places.
The journalist Imad is arrested with several passports with different names. Dr. Hamdi's son, Wael, tries to search for his father, who suddenly disappeared, so he calls Dr. Mona.
Officer Hisham distributes tasks among his soldiers to find out the whereabouts of Dr. Hamdi, while he is injected with a drug and thrown on the road, where he is found by a young child who was wiping cars’ glass.
Hamdi is able to save the child Saber from the children beating him. The journalist Imad is actually called Hossam Taymour and works as a spy for several countries. Officer Jamal takes on revealing the details of the case.
Dr. Mona confirms to the police that the main reason for Dr. Hamdi's disappearance is the research he possesses, and Mahmoud takes his son Jamil to a private school to learn so that he can marry the doctor.
The child Saber finally finds Dr. Hamdi, so he takes him with him. When his stepfather Saadoun sees him, he tries to beat him. Hamdi loses his memory and tries to commit suicide by drowning in the sea.
Wahid buys an apartment for his wife and registers it in her name so that she will tell her father and Marwan about it. Saber helps Hamdi by giving him his father’s clothes and ID card so that he can disguise himself and no one will harm him.
Marwan's son, Anis, goes to buy sweets, and a picture of Dr. Hamdi reaches the city where he is located, and Nouri recognizes him. Mahmoud's son robs an apartment.
The soldier Hamza enters the car with the bomb and tries to drive away in it in order to save everyone. The car explodes and he dies. The intelligence chief orders that he be honored as a martyr for the homeland, and everyone searches for Dr. Hamdi while he is disguised as Saber’s father.
Maher, Ibrahim's son, quarrels with Jamil at the institute. Officer Jamal discovers that Wadih is a friend of the spy journalist Imad. He discovers the location of Dr. Hamdi, who is impersonating Saber’s father, which increases his suspicions. It is revealed that Raouf is working for Wadih.
Anis gives a bouquet of flowers to his mother, given to him by Wahid. After saving the life of a man in the street, Dr. Hamdi wonders about his identity, and Raouf is able to evade the police.
The mother of Radi calls Assi to check on her son, not knowing that he was killed, and Dr. Hamdi is harassed by Mastoor, the man for whom he works.
During an attempt to kidnap Dr. Mona, the police come at the right time to save her, and Wahid becomes angry with his gang members. Mahboub tries to find out the truth about Dr. Hamdi, so he asks Mastoor not to let him go out until he finds out his true identity.
Saadoun asks his two companions to kill the mother of Radi in exchange for a sum of money. When they go to carry out the mission, they find Dr. Hamdi and Mastoor waiting for them. Mahboub, the policeman, comes and makes Saadoun and those with him go.
The brigadier general meets with Officer Jamal and the rest of the officers and the police force to highlight Israel's plan to hide the local vaccine in order to spread the announced vaccine globally. The gang insists on killing Radi's mom.
Wahid helps Mahmoud find a solution to get Jamil married to Mona. Jamil succeeds in his studies and becomes friends with Mona's brother.
Officer Jamal visits Marwan at the car showroom, and Nouri is interrogated about the bouquet of flowers he gave to Officer Mahmoud.
As Wadih shoots Saadoun and runs away, Dr. Hamdi treats him and then carries him immediately to the hospital amidst everyone's astonishment. Wahid presents a bouquet of flowers to his teacher, Jamil.
Saadoun undergoes surgery in the hospital, while the assistant of the man, whom Dr. Hamdi previously saved, sees him and wants to reward him. Hamdi donates his blood to Saadoun and remembers some of the details of his kidnapping.
Assi dies after inhaling a poisonous substance. Aziz pays for Dr. Hamdi's treatment after he fainted following donating blood in order to return the favor to him. Saadoun feels regret and asks Saber to forgive him.
Mahboub reveals to Dr. Khairy the true identity of Dr. Hamdi, nicknamed Abdullah, and Wahid gives a bouquet of flowers to Mahmoud so that he can give it to Dr. Mona.
Dr. Hamdi is still amnesiac despite being told about his true identity, and Officer Jamal is surprised that Wahid is the person who is leading the biological warfare mafia.
Dr. Hamdi hits Nouri while imagining that he is defending himself. Officer Jamal reveals Wadih's hideout and informs the brigadier general about it to have it raided. Dr. Mona attempts to hide the study on vaccines.
Haifa gets involved in dealing with Assi, as Shadi works with her for the mafia, and Hamdi asks Saadoun to show him where Wadih is.
Officer Jamal is close to arresting all the gang members. The results of Dr. Hamdi's blood test appear, and Mahboub arrests Wahid.
Wahid is interrogated regarding his connection to the disappearance of Dr. Hamdi, and the latter is still asking Saadoun to guide him to Wadih’s location. Ibrahim wants to leave the apartment to live in another place away from Mahmoud.
As Officer Jamal goes to Wahid's apartment and searches it, he discovers things that he did not know about him before. Wahid's wife suspects that he is keeping a secret from her, especially since he did not tell her that he got arrested.
Mahmoud quarrels with Mona and asks her to vacate the apartment, while her father refuses. Afraid that the police will reach him, Assi calls Wadih.
Hamdi finds Wadih's place on the farm, so he threatens him with a gun to tell him the whereabouts of Wahid, nicknamed Al Nims. Officer Hisham learns that the institute is organizing a trip for the students that will lead him to reach the rest of the gang members.
Ayman interrogates Wahid, who denies all charges against him and his link to anyone in the gang. Ayman tells Hisham that Al Sayyad is the gang's number two guy after Al Nims, but he is unable to find out his identity.
The place where Wadih is hiding is raided and the group spotted there is arrested. Saadoun and his two companions are killed by Wadih's men, and Officer Jamal tells Wahid that he is innocent and will be released.
The police discover Ms. Haifa's youth center. Nouri informs the officer that Abdullah planned Saadoun's murder, so he is detained in prison. Wahid meets with Al Sayyad and tells him that the computers have revealed his location and decides with him on a new hideout.
Haifa learns that Jamil is looking for the youth center. Wadih meets Wahid and tells him that he was unable to catch the men, so he becomes angry with him.
Wahid tells Wadih that he has decided to create a new secret organization that will be difficult for the police to discover. Meanwhile, the police spy on their conversation. Al Saqi is able to save Nermin from Wadih's men.
Children are smuggled and detainees are released by farmers, and Wadih gets angry and tells Wahid what happened. The police surround the farm from all sides and demand that Al Sayyad's men surrender.
Officer Jamal's car crashes and Wahid and Al Nims think he is inside it, while he sets an ambush for the gang to catch Al Nims through Wadih, but Al Nims eavesdrops on Officer Ayman's call with his soldiers and overhears the plan.
Marwan quarrels with his wife and accuses her father of defrauding him. Wahid's wife discovers that her husband is the head of the gang that her brother, Officer Jamal, is searching for.
Dr. Hamdi returns home and claims to be amnesiac. The academic institute run by Haifa is closed, and Officer Jamal sends Asmaa to examine the chip at his home and tells his wife about it.
Al Nims meets with all the gang members to talk about the bombs they planted in different places, while the police eavesdrop on the meeting. The real identity of Al Nims is revealed, as he turns out to be Farid, Wahid's twin brother, who was claimed to have been killed in an accident.
