Jamal works for a pharmaceutical company as a storekeeper. He escapes with the company's bag of money and impersonates a doctor, while Doha works with her friend as a dancer so that she can earn her livelihood.

Jamal's family searches for him everywhere, while Jamal asks Abu Baraa to search for a medical clinic, and he calls himself Dr. Jalal. After a quarrel between Doha and the wedding planner, she is forced to work for Jamal in the clinic.

Jamal is afraid that Doha might discover his fake identity, while she is also worried after she falsely claimed that she is a nurse, but as she helps a woman to give birth, things calm down between them.

Dr. Jamal becomes famous in the neighborhood and achieves quite some success, while Heba decides to quit working with Abdo after he refused to marry her.

A medical sales representative visits Jamal's clinic and is surprised by the absence of any certificates obtained by Jamal in his field, so the latter resorts to forgery, and a quarrel erupts between Jamal and Doha, after which she decides to submit her resignation.

Doha returns to work in the clinic after Jamal apologizes to her, and she tries to make sure of his love for her, while Heba suspects that she is pregnant by Abdo and tells him so.

Jamal proposes to Doha, so she tries to tell him the truth and that she is not a nurse, while Heba tries to get an abortion and asks Doha for help due to her poor health.

Doha and Jamal rescue Heba and inform Abdo of what happened to her. As Abu Baraa asks Jamal to help him ask for Doha's hand in marriage, he is shocked when he learns that she is engaged to Jamal. Meanwhile, Doha thinks of returning to dancing.

Abu Baraa dies in Jamal's clinic, and a patient records a video of him and publishes it on social media, whereupon Jamal's wife sees the video and goes to him, and he is shocked to see her.

As Jamal's wife files a complaint with the police against him, he thinks that she reported his impersonation of a doctor, so he confesses to what he did. Doha scolds Jamal for lying to her, so he tells her that he knew she was a dancer, not a nurse, and that he loved her. Jamal is sentenced to prison.
