Umm Salma asks the midwife, Umm Asia (Asia's mother), to go with her to test her daughter's virginity so that her father will not kill her. Nurse Asia goes instead of her mother and is forced to lie about Salma's chastity in order to save her from certain death.

Umm Asia is furious when she learns of her daughter's lies and kicks her out of the house. Asia is forced to accept financial compensation in exchange for ending Salma's pregnancy, while Joy suffers from her husband's sadistic rape on her marital bed.

Asia decides to take up the profession of freeing young women who have fallen into sin with the help of Sarim, who dedicates a room in his house to that.

As Asia helps girls cover up scandals, her mother is suspicious of her work. Joy decides to take revenge on her husband.

The police arrest Joy for killing her husband. Elsewhere, Iman's father buries her alive after discovering her affair with Sarim, and her brother saves her.

Sarim is arrested for embalming his mother in the room. Asia takes advantage of Dr. Mazen's clinic to abort Faten's pregnancy, but the latter dies as a result.

Mazen informs the police about Asia, who claims that Mazen is complicit with her, and she goes to jail, where she meets Joy. As Iman's psychological condition worsens, her brother takes care of her.

Umm Asia dies, and the girls whom Asia helped decide to discredit Mazen. Joy gives birth to her child in prison.

Asia gets out of prison and takes Joy's son to raise him away from prison, and she asks Sarim to help her with that. Iman gives birth to her baby.

When Iman's father discovers his daughter is alive, he kills her. Sarim takes his son and takes care of him with Joy's son, with the help of Asia.
