University professor Aydan tries to prove the validity of his research on the devil's wheel and the presence of his sons among humans, but he is met with the logical rejection of those around him. As Zeina is diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor, the doctor informs her husband of her imminent death.

Aydan commits suicide after Iblis defeats him with his promise, and Ibrahim finds himself in the same conflict after agreeing with Iblis that the latter save Zeina in exchange for giving him his soul. Ibrahim begins to lose control of his actions until he causes the death of his colleague Khaled.

The police investigate Khaled's murder, and Zeina discovers Ibrahim's involvement, while the latter tries to turn to Jennifer, Aydan's friend, who decides to help him.

Ibrahim and Jennifer succeed in exorcising the hospital's errand boy. The police tighten the noose on Ibrahim after making sure that he was with Khaled before his death. Zeina's colleague has fallen into the same trap of Iblis as well.

The police find Nasser killed. Zeina gives a statement to the police about Ibrahim's relationship with Khaled, after which the police arrest Ibrahim, who manages to escape.

The police officer finds Ibrahim's fingerprints on Khaled's body, and Jennifer succeeds in saving him. Samy tries to kill Zeina as he gets closer to her, but Ibrahim eventually saves her.
