Omar is a retired lawyer, whose daughter is subjected to violence by her husband. Officer Fares is promoted to lieutenant colonel. As Muhannad meets Samar, the director of the Annaba Association, he thinks of Hisham's offer to fund his program.

Omar kidnaps Urwa and kills Adham. Hisham fails to reconcile the villagers of Al Jawani with the villagers of Tal Al Bareda. Fares is surprised when Lieutenant Colonel Louay assigns him to investigate Adham's murder.

Omar sticks a paper note on Adham's forehead with Fares' name on it. Laila returns from abroad. Omar is surprised by Mervat's return from Beirut after her separation from Suhail. Urwa's daughter attempts suicide, and Izdihar's husband tries to assault her.

Fares is surprised when news of his involvement in Adham's murder is leaked. Halim gets involved in a fight with a young man in the garden. Omar and Laila meet in front of their old school. Urwa has no idea why Omar kidnapped him.

Muhannad turns to Mughith and Ramzia to set up Umm Atef to expose her involvement in the marriage of minors. Omar sees a psychiatrist, while Hisham is shot, and Muhannad and Samar go to visit Izdihar in the hospital.

Hisham's condition improves, so he returns home. Thanks to Muhannad, Umm Atef is arrested. Omar is surprised that Laila has recovered from cancer. Raed gets involved in a fight in Fadl's cafe. Omar kills Abu Jaber in the hospital, leaving a paper note on his forehead.

The forensics confirm that Abu Jaber died of natural causes. As Qusai returns from abroad after the security forces freed him from a terrorist group that kidnapped him, he meets his father, Maher. Samar hosts Huda at her association, and Urwa dies while he is detained.

Omar leaves Urwa in front of the orphanage in which Fares was raised, leaving a note on his forehead. Tariq hides from his father his work in spoiled food, and Nadia suffers from Fares' preoccupation.

Mervat starts working in the Annaba Association. Raed uses Karim's help in his work with betting. Nadia gets tired of her affair with Fares, so she leaves him the house. As Qusai is unable to prove his identity to the management of the nursing home, they refuse to hand over his father.

The forensics confirm that Urwa died of natural causes, and Qusai is surprised that he is dead according to the official papers. Brigadier General Hikmat asks Muhannad to host him on his program to explain the course of solving the serial killer cases.

Hisham mediates for Halim at the school to cancel the decision to expel him. Ayman is surprised that Muhannad has issued an interdiction on his father and has registered his brother Qusai's death with official papers. Qusai uses Omar's help to kidnap his father from the nursing home.

Raed demands that Karim settle his debts, and it appears that there is a previous relationship between Muhannad and Laya. Umm Atef is released for lack of evidence. Halim and Tia exchange looks of admiration, and social media posts news of Karim's suicide.

After Qusai is arrested on charges of kidnapping his father, he is devastated by his father's death. Tariq requests to partner up with Abu Al Walid without his father's knowledge. Laila tries to obtain the approval of government agencies to setup her medical project.

The police are looking for Raed to interrogate him. Omar sneaks into Fadl's cafe, disguised as a bear, to look for Raed, and kills Fadl. Fares is surprised by Nadia's frequent visit to Fadl's cafe, so he arrests her.

Fares plans to pretend that Fadl is alive in an attempt to catch the killer in the hospital. He is also surprised by a paper note in his car from the killer. Mervat enlists the help of Hisham to protect her from Suhail.

Laila thinks of marrying Omar, and Tia is surprised by Halim's jealousy towards her. Muhannad and Samar exchange glances of admiration. Omar quarrels with Mervat for asking Hisham for help. Raed stays in Tal Al Bareda to escape police investigations.

Mughith posts a picture of the killer in a bear's costume on social media. Laya arouses Ramez's hatred towards Muhannad. Fares interrogates the people of Tal Al Bareda, and Omar postpones his plan to kill Raed at Abu Al Lail's house.

Mughith spreads the news of a person being taken to the hospital in possession of a bear costume. Kamel confesses to running a betting office without Raed's knowledge. Hisham discovers Tariq's communication with Abu Al Walid, while Omar kills Raed, leaving a paper note on his forehead.

The minister approves of the project of Laila, who tells Samar that she is Muhannad's ex-wife. Fares is surprised that another officer is assigned to the case because he has not made progress. Omar is taken aback by Laila's frequent dizziness.

Laila suspects that she has cancer again; Tariq cooperates with Laya to take revenge on Muhannad; Fares continues to secretly interrogate Abu Rafea. Laya sneaks into the office of Muhannad, who discovers Samar's knowledge of his marriage to Laya.

Tariq is funding Umm Atef, while Qusai works with Laila. As Fares goes to interrogate Abboud, he finds him murdered with a paper note on his forehead. He orders Hisham to kidnap Omar. Laila agrees to cooperate with the Annaba Association.

Mervat seeks to get close to Hisham, and tests prove that Laila has cancer. Huda causes problems for her colleagues. Nadia refuses to give Fares a second chance and Razan is surprised by Huda's disappearance from the association.

Razan searches for Huda, and Mughith likes Ramzia. Fares takes advantage of his connections to search for Nevine in fulfillment of Nadia's wish. Lieutenant Colonel Louay's assistant's attempt to discover Fares' findings on the murderer's case fails.

Samar is surprised when her mother, Sumaya, returns to recount the details of her father's insult to her. Omar discovers that Michelle has written a novel, The Killer Bear, based on his crimes. Omar is taken aback when Laila postpones their marriage.

Laya obtains documents incriminating Tariq, and Omar confesses to Fares that he was threatened by Abu Al Lail, who shoots Ibrahim. Omar kills Abu Al Lail and saves Ibrahim, and Hisham kidnaps Sumaya.

Nadia is injured while filming dangerous scenes, and Ibrahim learns that the killer has sheltered him in his office. Laila confesses to Omar that she has cancer. Hisham expells Tariq from the company for working with Abu Al Walid. Qusai regains his identity with the official papers.

Qusai confesses his love to Samar, and Laya succeeds in spying on Tariq's phone. Omar and Mervat quarrel over her confession that she likes Hisham. Laya discovers Tariq's involvement in Nevine's disappearance.

Samar discovers her father's relationship with Mervat, who quits her job after Hisham refuses to marry her. Doaa proves to Samar her father's mistreatment of her mother, and Rouba claims to Halim that there is a relationship between Tia and Ramy.

Laya confesses to Muhannad that she leaked the topic of his episodes to Tariq. She also hands over recordings incriminating Tariq to the police. Laila discovers Omar's connection to the murders, and she is taken to the hospital. The police investigate Halim for helping Michel in The Bear's novel.

Laila discovers that Omar is the killer, after which she dies. Tariq is arrested, and Omar confesses to Fares his revenge for his sister Salma, who was raped by Raed and Hisham's aides. After Omar kills Hisham, he is transferred to a mental institution.
