As Dr. Shaheen returns to his city in Iraq, he remembers the tragedy that took place in the psychiatric hospital while he was working there, and he meets his old friend, Abboud.

As Shaheen tells Abboud to return the papers he stole before he went abroad, he asks Nassuma to agree with human organ dealers to resume his work in selling them. Zaman is subjected to a rape attempt by her stepfather, after he kills her mother, so she resorts to Atheer.

Shaheen tries to convince some female doctors to cooperate with him in his new project without revealing his organ trade, and when one of them refuses, he kills her, while Atheer resorts to Nassuma to help him find a shelter for Zaman.

Shaheen asks Atheer to make a deal with the sniper Ismail regarding a new batch of corpses, and Safwan threatens Shaheen to make him return the goods to him and demands that he search for his business manager who has disappeared. Shaheen's men kidnap Zaman.

Ismail prepares to complete his new mission, and Shaheen locks Zaman up in the lab, while Atheer is still searching for her.

Abboud decides to get rid of Shaheen, who discovers his plan, and masked men break into Nassuma's house, steal money from it and stab her with a knife. Atheer finds Zaman in the lab after Shaheen stole her kidney.

Shaheen treats Nassuma's injury, and Atheer tries to save Zaman, but Shaheen's men catch him. Shaheen kills Dr. Elham's daughter to settle his old score with Elham, who used to work in the psychiatric hospital.

As he orders Atheer to kill Safwan, Shaheen catches Ismail before he escapes, but a big explosion takes place in Shaheen's house.

Shaheen and Nassuma are injured in the explosion, and Atheer takes Zaman to the hospital for treatment.

As Atheer discovers that Shaheen stole Zaman's kidney, Safwan tries to convince him to cooperate with him against Shaheen in return for taking care of Zaman and finding a shelter for her.

Atheer tries to kill Zaman's stepfather to avenge her, and Shaheen asks Nassuma to get El Marot to fall for her.

As Shaheen takes revenge on El Marot and kills him, he seizes the antiquities in his office and steals his body parts.

Safwan agrees with Abboud and Ismail to get rid of Shaheen and Atheer, and the latter asks Nassuma to help him solve his problem with Safwan.

Tiema's daughter tells Shaheen about witnessing her son and father getting killed in front of her. Safwan bargains with Atheer to gather information about Shaheen in exchange for handing him Zaman, while Shaheen confronts Abboud about killing Tiema.

Shaheen is shocked when he learns that he's Zaman's father. Samara breaks down over the death of his fiancée, Koji, and vows to avenge her, while Nassuma gives the money to Tiema's daughter and leaves.

Safwan sets out with his men to kill Shaheen and end his empire, while Abboud kills Ismail. When Safwan tries to get rid of Tiema's daughter, one of her boys kills him.
