Fabio the cat travels from Italy to Kuwait in search of a better future. The scientist Gabriel goes to give the minister a report on his invention, but the papers disappear and the minister does not read them.

Gabriel finds Fabio, decides to run experiments on him, and asks him to do tasks, but Fabio objects and leaves him after understanding the Kuwaiti language.

The minister asks his assistant to impose taxes on the citizens, and Fabio meets Alessandro and they start searching for the perfect house to contain them.

Fabio and Alessandro confront the unknown deputy, who turns to understand the language of cats. The deputy comes up with an idea to create a problem to distract the riot before the next elections.

Fabio wanders around the city and goes to one of the government offices responsible for employment, and one of the workers catches him.

Gabriel witnesses a crime in the street and calls for the police, but they don't come, and the criminal sees him when he calls the police, but Fabio saves him from the criminal.

Fabio and his friends search for food next to a public school and see how bad the public education system is.

When foreigners infected with the coronavirus enter the country, the security and health forces surround the area, and people fight to buy food for fear of a ban, while the health official asks Kuwaitis to stay at home after the disease spreads.

The government starts vaccinating people against the coronavirus, and Fabio tries to help his friend get protein to make up for his weight loss.
