The city of Rayhanah is attacked by thieves, who rob people and loot the shops. Abu Al Hakam asks Abu Al Dahma to help him enter the state palace and seize control. He also asks the merchant Abu Al Jawhar to buy all the shops in the city.

Shaima is in love with Zaid, and Abu Al Hakam asks Abu Al Dawrak to spread a rumor about the presence of thieves in the city and insecurity, while Abu Suhail asks Zaid to manufacture a large number of weapons for Rayhanah's soldiers. Abu Al Dahma proposes to marry Salma.

Abu Al Hakam asks the minister to give him a chance to protect the city, and Abu Al Dahma succeeds in causing chaos in the city, so the thefts increase. The emir refuses to appoint Abu Al Dawrak as a guard for the city.

Abu Al Dahma threatens to kill Salma's family if she does not agree to marry him, and the emir of the city agrees with Abu Al Fadl to take on the task of guarding the city.

Abu Al Fadl assumes his new mission, and Salma's father plans with his family to escape, fearing the oppression of Abu Al Dahma.

Abu Al Dawrak warns Abu Al Dahma about Abu Al Fadl, who gathers information about Abu Al Hakam and his reading of the horoscope, while the emir orders the imprisonment of Abu Al Dawrak for seeking to cast doubt on Abu Al Fadl’s loyalty. Abu Al Dahma rages when he learns of Salma and her family's escape.

Abu Al Dahma sets out to search for Salma, and Zaid asks Shaima to stay away from him, assuring her that she is like a sister to him and that he does not feel the same about her.

The emir forgives Abu Al Dawrak, and Abu Al Hakam plots with the latter to continue sowing doubt in the heart of the emir towards Abu Al Fadl. Abu Al Dawrak hires mercenaries to kill Abu Al Fadl.

Abu Al Dawrak asks the minister to reinstate him in his post after the killing of Abu Al Fadl, and Abu Al Dawrak kidnaps Abdullah and forces him to write a document incriminating him in plotting to kill the emir.

Salma arrives with her family in the city of Saradek, and Zaid admires her at first sight, while Abu Al Dawrak bargains with the minister over the life of his son Abdullah in exchange for his appointment as a guard for the city of Rayhanah.

Zaid asks Salma to marry him, which sparks jealousy in the heart of Shaima, who treats Salma in a condescending way. It's revealed that Abu Al Fadl is still alive and is hiding this until his killer is discovered.

Abu Al Dawrak takes advantage of his position to silence the people from revealing their fear. Abu Al Dahma arrives in the city of Saradek and finds out Salma's whereabouts. He seeks to force her to marry him after killing her father, so Zaid decides to pursue him and avenge her.

Fatima tells Ghaith about Salma being forced to marry Abu Al Dahma. Abu Al Hakam orders that all the shops in the market be looted. Abu Al Dahma's men injure Zaid while he is searching for Salma.

Abu Al Dahma imprisons Salma and tries to persuade her to accept their marriage, while Abdullah continues to visit Abu Al Fadl and tell him about everything that is happening in the city.

Hammam helps Zaid get treatment for his injury, and Abu Al Dahma's men grumble about his love for Salma.

Zaid tells Hammam his story with Salma, and Abu Al Dawrak finds out where Abu Al Fadl is and that he is still alive.

Zaid begins to search for Abu Al Dahma, while Salma tries to kill herself to get rid of the latter. Abu Al Dawrak tells Abu Al Dahma where Abu Al Fadl is to kill him.

Bushra tries to convince Ammar to propose marriage to Shaima. Abdullah meets Zaid and promises him that he'll find Salma with him. Hammam convinces Zaid to seek Abu Al Hakam's help to reach Abu Al Dahma.

Zaid disguises himself as a professional thief and asks Abu Al Hakam to help him reach Abu Al Dahma to work with him, much to Abu Al Dawrak's suspicion, and the latter tries to expose him. On the other hand, Bushra falls in love with Ammar.

Abu Al Hakam chastises Abu Al Dahma for his intense love for Salma and for jeopardizing their common interests. Abu Al Dahma's men decide to kill Salma, and Ammar confesses to Bushra his love for her.

Abu Al Dahma changes his behavior and clothes so that Salma is happy with him, and Abu Al Hakam plots with him that Rafea impersonates Abu Al Dahma in order to meet Zaid and find out about him.

Abu Al Dawrak arrests Abu Al Dahma's men in order to please the emir, and Zaid agrees with Abu Al Fadl to help him find Abu Al Dahma. Ammar asks Bushra to marry him.

Abu Al Dahma disguises himself as a merchant and meets the emir. Abu Al Hakam discovers Zaid's true identity, deludes him into thinking that he'll help him, and asks him to get rid of Abu Al Dahma together.

Shaima tells Bushra that she regrets refusing to marry Ammar. Ghaith agrees with his parents that he'll marry Fatima. Hammam proposes to Zaid to open a clothing store.

Abu Al Hakam asks Zaid to work with him, while Salha agrees with Salma to let her escape, but Salma falls ill due to her hunger strike. Ghaith decides to leave to search for his brother Zaid.

Two people try to rob Abu Al Dawrak, at the instigation of Abdullah, to steal the document that incriminates him. Ghaith meets Abu Al Dawrak, who imprisons him, so Zaid goes to find him.

Zaid asks for Abu Al Fadl's help to get his brother out of prison. He also bargains with Abu Al Dawrak over his brother's release in return for not exposing him in front of the emir. Salma escapes. As Shaima learns of Ammar's love for Bushra, she accuses her of betrayal. Zaid finds the document and burns it.

The emir investigates the charges against Abu Al Dawrak and orders his death. He also asks Abu Al Fadl to return to the position of chief guard. Abu Al Hakam discovers Zaid's cooperation with Abu Al Fadl and the minister. Abu Al Dahma returns to Rayhanah to search for Salma.

Somaya asks Bushra to stay away from Ammar so that he can return to Shaima. Abdullah proposes to the emir to announce a financial reward for whoever captures Abu Al Dahma.

As Abu Al Dahma finds Salma and recaptures her, Zaid and Hammam set out to search for her. A duel takes place between Zaid and Abu Al Dahma, in which the latter wins by stabbing Zaid, but he escapes and vows revenge on him and Salma.
