The plot follows Dr. Zienhom, a forensic doctor who faces many strange events in the morgue and solves cases with the help of his team.

episode #1:
Doctor Zeinhom lives with his mother and hides from her that he works as a forensic doctor. Jimmy is forced to agree to appoint him to the morgue to carry out his parents' wishes. Nancy's murder occurs, and Zeinhom and Jimmy handle the autopsy and write the medical report.
