Doctor Zeinhom lives with his mother and hides from her that he works as a forensic doctor. Jimmy is forced to agree to appoint him to the morgue to carry out his parents' wishes. Nancy's murder occurs, and Zeinhom and Jimmy handle the autopsy and write the medical report.

Jamila, Nancy's friend, tries to tell Zeinhom information about people who threatened Nancy before her death. She assures him that her husband will not kill her. When she learns of his secret, which he is hiding from his mother, she blackmails him into doing what she wants.

Zeinhom agrees to accompany Jamila to Nancy's house to search for new evidence in her murder case. They find a hard drive, and Zeinhom is surprised when Nancy's body disappears from the morgue.

Zeinhom is suspended from work until Nancy's body appears. Jimmy takes over management of the morgue, and the ghost of a young girl appears to him. Zeinhom is threatened after finding Nancy's phone, and Jamila succeeds in cracking the password to Nancy's hard drive.

Zeinhom believes that Jamila has been kidnapped after she disappeared for a while. He tells the prosecutor, Naji, that he suspects the company owner’s involvement in Nancy’s murder. Zeinhom asks Jimmy to give him a copy of Nancy’s autopsy report.

Jimmy and Zeinhom discover Hefni and Tawfiqa's involvement in the disappearance of Nancy's body and handing it over to her husband in exchange for a sum of money. Zeinhom tells his mother about his work in the morgue, and Salah kills Suleiman after the latter threatens him.

Hefni receives Eid's body, and Jimmy and Zeinhom undertake their duties with the autopsy. Zeinhom is surprised that Eid was working as a driver for his father and tries to link this to the case of his death.

Zeinhom discovers the involvement of Mahrous' company in his father's murder and seeks to solve the mystery. At the same time, Jamila searches for a new job after her company closed.

Zeinhom discovers that Eid died from a drug substance that Mahrous had given him. He tells Naji, who threatens Zeinhom with imprisonment for interfering in the case. Jamila is surprised by Mahrous and his men threatening her after her true identity is revealed.

Zeinhom decides to put an end to his father's case and considers not tracking down the perpetrators. At the same time, Mahrous convinces Jaber to work with him.

Zeinhom agrees to what his mother said and closes his father's case. He investigates Zeina's case, which accuses her father of assaulting her, but the latter tells Zeinhom that his wife agreed with his daughter to seize his money.

Zeina dies after a quarrel with her mother because she changed her statement in the case against her father. Her mother is arrested, and when her father finds out, he dies from the shock. Zeinhom performs the autopsy on the two bodies.

Saleh bargains with Zeinhom to provide evidence in the case of his father's murder in exchange for a sum of money. The body of a drowned child without eyes comes to the morgue, and Hefni tells Tawfiqa that it is necessary to put witchcraft on the child's body before burying him, as he agreed with Jawhara on that.

Amal believes that Jamila and Adam's relationship is still ongoing. Zeinhom discovers Saleh's deception, and the child Malek disappears while walking with Zeinhom's mother

Zeinhom's mother finds Malik. Amal's ex-husband quarrels with her because she wants to marry Adam. Zeinhom suspects that the reason for disposing of the bodies' eyes is to leave no evidence of the killer.

Zeinhom helps Naji identify the serial killer. Zeinhom asks Jamila to marry him, but she prefers that they remain friends.

Eid's wife agrees to testify against Mahrous and inform the police about the drug shipments in which he trades. Naji gets into a car accident and Zeinhom suspects that it was intentional.

Zeinhom tells Naji that he doubts the similarity of the accident he was exposed to with the accident of his father’s death. Zeinhom is surprised by someone who attacks him and refuses to let him autopsy his brother’s body. Jimmy is upset about Youmna’s relationship with Montaser, and Hefni and Tawfiqa agree on a new operation.

Zeinhom discovers that the body in the morgue is still alive. Jamila tells Zeinhom's mother about her fear of being in a relationship with him, and she is surprised when Adam confesses his love for her.

Jamila quarrels with Amal about her relationship with Adam. Hosni tells Zeinhom about Hefni exploiting his name and deceiving the people that Zeinhom has a divine miracle and selling them the illusion.

Things get worse between Tawfiqa and Hefni, and the latter decides to complete his plan to bring in money. Jamila meets the psychiatrist Mahdi, and their relationship strengthens.

Hefni agrees with Farid to steal an organ from a corpse in the morgue in exchange for a sum of money. Naji investigates the matter and Zeinhom asks him to repeat the autopsy.

Adam leaves Amal and does not attend their engagement party. Zeinhom suspects Hefni and Tawfiqa’s involvement in stealing an organ from a corpse. A young man's body who died in a fight arrives, and Zeinhom and Jimmy begin an autopsy to find out the cause of death.

Naji believes that the cause of the Christian young man's death was due to sectarian strife, which resulted in a quarrel between him and a young Muslim man, but the autopsy confirms otherwise. Mahdi tries to understand the reason for Jamila's fear of being in a relationship with Zeinhom.

Zeinhom's mother confronts his brother Nabil about stealing her money. When Montaser leaves Youmna, she thinks about returning to Jimmy so as not to lose him. The police find body parts of various bodies in the street.

Khamis reports the disappearance of his wife and son, and the police begin investigations to uncover the owners of the body parts. Jimmy suspects the gynecologist's involvement in the matter. Zeinhom confronts Mahrous after he is arrested with charges of killing his father.

When Jimmy decides to confess to Rana that he likes her, she surprises him by returning to her former fiancé. Khamis confesses to Naji that he killed his wife and son, and Naji issues a decision to arrest Zeinhom after his meeting with Asim.

Naji forces Zeinhom to sign a pledge not to attack Asim, but Zeinhom agrees with Jamila and Jimmy to help him in his father's case. Zeinhom proves the innocence of the accused in the case of a young man's death in the gym.

Tawfiqa confesses about Hefni's involvement in selling corpse organs, and he is arrested. Asim catches Zeinhom and locks him after he breaks into his company, and Jimmy and Jamila seek to help him.

Asim is caught red-handed in the crime of trafficking in smuggled antiquities, and Nabil's involvement in the case of Zeinhom's father's murder becomes clear. Jimmy decides to leave work at the morgue and travel abroad, and Jamila agrees to marry Zeinhom.
