Faramawi asks Harazi that Kerman marry his son, but Harazi refuses because she is engaged, so Faramawi wages war on Harazi with the rest of his tribe and tries to expel him from the hamlet along with his family. Faramawi returns Salsabil to her home after disciplining her.

Faramawi accuses the Shawakesh family of killing Kulthum, and their masters get imprisoned, but they deny on the pretext that they take revenge only on men. Mortada and Abdel-Hay decide to take Kulthum’s rights with Faramawi, so poisoned food is sent to the Shawakesh in prison.

Salsabil agrees to go with Faramawi to the hamlet but to stay in a house separate from his first wife. Wahiba, Raafat’s mother, kidnaps Jalal, Faramawi's son.
