Kholoud is unable to help her brother Younis, who suffers from muscular dystrophy, due to the high costs of treatment. Rawhiya’s brother tries to harm her husband by sending masked men to steal the cargo of his car, so his daughter, Kerman, tries to comfort him.
Rawhiya confronts her brother Faramawi with her suspicion that he has stolen her husband’s seedlings. Faramawi tries to convince Harazi that he has caught the thief and returned the seedlings. Also, he asks his second wife, Salsabil, to have an abortion.
Faramawi asks Salsabil to have an abortion, so she agrees, films herself bleeding, and asks him that they marry officially and move to the hamlet, but he refuses. Kholoud’s colleague in the laboratory tries to help her with the problem of her brother Younis’ illness.
Faramawi asks Kerman to go check on his second wife, Awatif. Kholoud gets a chair for Younis from the factory where she works. Rifaat tries to convince his family of his wish to ask for Kerman’s hand in marriage despite this being against the customs of Qalae Al Hajar.
Zamzam marries Jumaa, and during the wedding, the detective assistant comes and speaks to the mayor about the fugitives. Mahdi informs Kerman of his fear that traditions will prevent him from asking for her hand. Mayor Faramawi visits his wife, Awatif.
Faramawi goes to Salsabil and finds out about her conversation with the neighbors despite his warning, so he beats her. Rifaat goes with his family to Harazi and asks to marry his daughter, Kerman, but Rawhiya refuses, and an argument breaks out between Faramawi and Harazi because of this marriage.
Faramawi leaves Salsabil in a deserted place as punishment. Kholoud asks Muharram to ask for her hand in marriage. Harazi returns home and finds neither Rawhiya nor Kerman. Later, he finds them at Faramawi’s, and an altercation occurs between them.
Faramawi asks Harazi that Kerman marry his son, but Harazi refuses because she is engaged, so Faramawi wages war on Harazi with the rest of his tribe and tries to expel him from the hamlet along with his family. Faramawi returns Salsabil to her home after disciplining her.
Salsabil puts a drug in the food for Faramawi so that she can control him and kill him with a knife, but he manages to strangle her and asks his men to throw her into the river. An argument breaks out between Harazi and his son Abdel-Hay over the issue of marriage. Muharram visits Younis.
As Kerman and Rifaat's wedding takes place, Faramawi goes to the wedding and threatens to break out a war between the two families if the wedding is not canceled. Faramawi and those with him open fire and kill Muntaser. Rawhiya asks Faramawi for her inheritance after what he did.
Faramawi tries to win Abdel-Hay to his side and asks him to bring the house conveyance to him. Mansour’s family refuses to level any accusation against the Al-Amiri family. Rawhiya asks the sheikh of the mosque to intervene to take her rights from Faramawi.
Kholoud makes sure she can't marry Muharram. Abdel-Hay, son of Rawhiya, stands by his uncle Faramawi against her. Faramawi learns that Salsabil is still alive, and the problems between Rawhiya and Faramawi increase because of the inheritance.
Faramawi threatens Rawhiya and asks her to drop the case she filed against him. Abdel-Hay steals Rawhiya’s house conveyance and sells it to Faramawi.
Rawhiya threatens to expose Faramawi, so he beats her, and she is taken to the hospital. The Shawakesh family obtains weapons so they can take revenge on Faramawi’s family.
Rawhiya refuses to accuse Faramawi of beating her in the record despite Harazi’s testimony to that effect. Abdel-Hay tells her that the house conveyance is with him. Idris, the son of Faramawi, thinks about getting engaged to Kerman, and it becomes clear that Salsabil is not dead.
The police search for weapons in Faramawi's house, and Mahdi, Rawhiya's son, asks his mother that they ask for the hand of his cousin, Faramawi's daughter. Muharram asks for Kholoud's hand in marriage from her mother, who refuses due to his family's opposition.
Faramawi asks Rawhiya for a week to move out of the house, and Shawakesh agrees to kill Jumaa, but he escapes at the last minute. Faramawi learns of this, so he goes to them with his men, and the two sides exchange fire, and Jumaa dies of a heart attack.
Rawhiya asks Faramawi not to avenge Jumaa on the Shawakesh family because he did not die from their bullets. Faramawi burns the houses of the Shawakesh family and decides to kill Harazi, and Kholoud’s mother dies.
Mahdi enters the hospital, and Kerman goes to visit him. Faramawi informs the police of the location of the fugitives and goes with them as a camouflage. Harazi is shot but survives.
Faramawi tries to convince Harazi that the people who tried to kill him were the Shawakesh family. Rawhiya learns of Kerman and Mahdi’s relationship and his wish to marry her. Salsabil tells Faramawi she has given birth and that she lied to him and did not have an abortion, so he threatens her.
Harazi files a police report against the fugitives who shot him. Muharram asks for Kholoud’s hand in marriage. Faramawi refuses to reconcile with the Shawakesh family, so they shoot at his house and try to burn it, as a result of which Faramawi’s daughter Kulthum is killed.
Faramawi accuses the Shawakesh family of killing Kulthum, and their masters get imprisoned, but they deny on the pretext that they take revenge only on men. Mortada and Abdel-Hay decide to take Kulthum’s rights with Faramawi, so poisoned food is sent to the Shawakesh in prison.
Mahdi tells Kerman of his wish to ask for her hand in marriage, but her sister Matariyya hears him and kicks him out. Younis dies, and Muharram marries Kholoud without his family knowing. The Shawakesh get poisoned in prison, Idris asks to marry Kerman, but Faramawi refuses, and Awatif dies.
Faramawi buries Awatif. Mahdi goes to his brother Muharram at his father's request and asks him to marry Bashayer. Kholoud forces Muharram to introduce her to his brother as his wife but later asks for a divorce. Idris tells Murtada of Mahdi's love for Kerman.
Salsabil informs Faramawi that Awatif has died of cancer. Kholoud asks Muharram to tell his father about his marriage to her. Abdul-Hay and Mortada beat Kerman after learning of her relationship with Mahdi, and Harazi prevents them.
Faramawi asks Salsabil to go with him to the house along with her son and Jalal, Awatif's son. Harazi takes Kerman to the hospital after her brothers beat her, but she refuses to accuse her brothers. Idris goes to Mahdi’s house and shoots him.
Harazi and Faramawi hold a reconciliation session with Al-Manzalawiya, and Muharram informs Kholoud that he told his father of their marriage. Salsabil agrees to go with Faramawi to the hamlet but to stay in a house separate from his first wife. Wahiba, Raafat’s mother, kidnaps Jalal, Faramawi's son.
Salsabil informs the police about Jalal's disappearance. Wahiba tries to kill Jalal, so her daughter Zamzam tries to protect him and kills her unintentionally. Jalal returns to Salsabil. The son of Kholoud and Muharram is kidnapped. Muharram learns from Mahdi that his father took him. Harazi and Faramawi reconcile.
Muharram asks his father to return his son to him, but he refuses unless he divorces Kholoud and marries his aunt Bashayer’s daughter. Faramawi brings Salsabil with Jalal and his young son to her private home. A reconciliation takes place between Faramawi and the Shawakesh. Faramawi reconciles Rawhiya.
Faramawi mends his relationship with Kerman and reconciles Harazi and Rawhiya. As Mahdi is arrested on charges of killing his co-worker, Faramawi and the villagers stand by him until he is released. Faramawi prevents the marriage of Kerman and Salem due to her dissatisfaction, and Kerman marries Mahdi.
