Zaki, the company's CEO, tries to harass Dana, who seeks help from his secretary, Mai, and she threatens to expose him if he does not resign from the company. Zaki is forced to call Rabeh and tell him about the matter, and he approves the resignation.
Zaki hesitates to resign, so Mai threatens to report him to the police, so he is forced to resign. On the other hand, Zaki agrees with his wife, Heba, to choose someone to be his right-hand man in the company, so he nominates Mai, whom Rabeh asks not to accept the position.
As Rabeh seeks to increase his share in The Board so that he has the right to vote, Zaki supports Mai against Rabeh so that he can compete with him, and Dana reaches what incriminates Rabeh and reduces his votes in the company.
As Mai decides to end the corruption in the company and asks Dana to help her with that, the Board rejects Rabeh's offer to increase the company's capital.
Rabeh thinks about merging companies to acquire the company, but he gets shot. Mai discovers that Al Jawhara Company is being sold to prevent Rabeh's acquisition of the company, and Dana seeks to uncover Rabeh's involvement in a sexual harassment case.
As Jamal manages to copy important information from Sam's computer, Rabeh threatens to expose him and inform the police. Mai discovers Bilal's involvement in terrorist cases and asks Dana to stay away from Rabeh.
Rabeh quarrels with Mai after Dana accuses him of sexual harassment and he tries to force her to resign and fires Dana from the company. Mai offers the Board the opportunity to buy new companies to increase the stock.
Jamal's men kidnap Dana and threaten to kill her after she exposes Zaki's harassment of her. On the other hand, Mai tries to save Dana and asks Rabeh to help her find her.
Jamal's men leave Dana on the road unconscious, and she is taken to the hospital. Moreover, Dana refuses to continue exposing Zaki. Rabeh succeeds in knowing where Zaki's house is and threatens him with continuing to expose his manipulation of the Board.
As Dana is forced to accept Jamal's offer to claim that Mai has pushed her to harass Zaki, Heba and Rabeh suggest that Jamal commit suicide to save himself from the problems he has fallen into. On the other hand, Rabeh supports Mai in the Board's voting and increasing the capital.
