Dr. Jalal treats patients with electric shocks, but Wahiba refuses. Farah’s mother asks Wahiba’s mother to help her find out about her daughter’s illness. Two thieves rob the lawyer Shihab, and the latter and Sattar fail in chasing them, and the guarantor, Abboud, faints.

Ghalioun is interrogated, and the police learn that he is the lead to identify the intelligence network. Abboud accuses Sattar of theft. Shihab identifies the thief and Sattar chases him.

Farah tells Wahiba about going with her father to the sheikh who was giving her herbs and about her fear of that. The laboratory doctor informs Wahiba of the appearance of strange compounds in the results of Farah’s tests and Wahiba discovers the absence of these compounds from the center.

Wahiba learns from the laboratory doctor about replacing medication doses with sedative doses. Wahiba confronts Jalal about the disappearance of narcotic medications from the center, and Major Imran investigates the killing of Safwat Al Hout.

Jalal begins to get rid of the violating medications and replace the missing ones. He asks the imposter Sobhi to take all the medications to try to hide them. Sahar asks Sattar to donate blood for her brother Ghiyath because his condition is unstable. Shihab is impressed by Wessal

Wahiba tells Imran that Farah suffers from isolation and depression and that the sheikh gives her herbs in addition to narcotic medications that make her unable to move. Omran takes a pledge from Farah's father not to prevent his daughter from studying, and the narcotic medications are placed in Wahiba’s clinic.

A search warrant comes from the ministry, and Wahiba is interrogated after prohibited medications are found in the clinic. She calls Omran to help her, and Shihab is shocked when he learns of Wesaal’s love for Sattar.

Sahar refuses to go back to her ex-husband Ihsan. Major Omran suspects Israa, the clinic director, but she does not remember any stranger entering the clinic. Sattar faints and is taken to the hospital due to drug use.

Wahiba tells Omran that Israa remembered two strangers entering the clinic. Bahjat confesses where the drug shipment was delivered. Zuhair kills his friends after their betrayal. A nurse forges Ghiyath’s fingerprint on papers related to his property.

Jalal is arrested for sending two men to put prohibited medicines in Wahiba’s clinic, and the ministry writes an apology to the latter. Amira, Ghiyath’s wife, kills Abu Aziz in self-defense, and Ihsan helps her dispose of the body.

Abu Aziz's body is discovered on the river, and Shihab is summoned to testify. Bahjat is killed in prison with a sharp object. Adel tells Wahiba to save Salwa from a suicide attempt, and Wahiba undertakes to help her.

Ghalioun prepares drugs in his home and distributes the goods at half their price. Abboud threatens Hasib threatens the café owner to keep him away from Shihab and Sattar. Hammadi returns the money to Sattar and gives him drugs, so the latter tries them.

Sattar uses a large amount of drugs and is taken to the hospital. Wahiba asks him not to do that again. Sahar confirms that Amira has forged her brother’s fingerprint. Subhi is arrested and tells Imran and Wahiba about Jalal’s trial.

Wahiba informs Omran of Salwa’s disappearance. The latter is found on the roof. Ghalioun kills someone for stealing drugs without his knowledge, and he is subjected to an attempted murder and his car is burned.

Salwa tells Wahiba about the treatment of her friends at school, their bullying of her because of her smell resulting from her work with her mother in fish, and her leaving school because they insulted her.

Salwa tells Wahiba about her friends tormenting her. Salwa’s mother complains about the school, but the administration does nothing. Wahiba threatens the school’s principal and tells her that the bullying pushed Salwa to attempt suicide. Sobhi is released from prison on bail.

Ghalioun makes a deal with with chemistry student Imad to write down all the information about how to prepare drugs. Sahar learns from the surveillance cameras that Souad entered the hospital impersonating a nurse. Sahar finds Souad murdered and accuses Ihsan of that.

The school principal and the bullies are transferred from the school. Sattar gives Omran information about Souad's murder. Amira agrees with an employee to destroy the hospital's surveillance cameras, and the employee is arrested and confesses on Amira and Ihsan.

Amira confesses to killing Abu Aziz. There is evidence of Abu Aziz's involvement in a tax evasion network and real estate deals. Hammadi kidnaps the cook from Ghalioun, and the cook asks for the tools needed to prepare drugs.

Sobhi delivers a message from Ghalioun and asks Hammadi to open the box. It turns out that Ghalioun sent Hamed’s head, and the police discover his slaughter. Ihsan is arrested, and Sattar informs Shihab’s father that his son is in prison.

Abboud's condition improves when he learns that Shihab has been released from prison, and Allawi tells Ghalioun about Imad's prowess in preparing drugs, and three women kidnap Zamzam.

Hammadi kidnaps his father Ghalioun, and Hammadi tells Zamzam that her son is alive and calls himself Ghalioun, so she does not believe him, and Allawi trades in human organs.

Hammadi wants to avenge his brother Qadri, and Ghalioun calls to check on Zamzam. Hammadi asks him to come alone, and Ghalioun prepares the money to save his mother.

Ghalioun goes to save his mother from Hammadi’s capture, hands him the money, and Hammadi asks him to dig his own grave. Then Ghalioun’s gang comes to rescue him and the latter sets Hammadi on fire.

Zamzam suffers from a mental illness. Sahar tells Sattar that she is going to her brother in Istanbul. Laila, Wessal's real mother, appears and wants to live with her after she left her at the door of a mosque years ago.

Wessal tells Wahiba that she disowned her mother who left her when she was young. Wessal goes to Mahmoud's mother, but she treats her badly and refuses her to marry her son Mahmoud because of her poverty. Wahiba's account is hacked. Jaber kidnaps Mahmoud.

The hacker calls Wahiba and asks for money to restore her electronic account. Sattar tries to help Wahiba recover the account, and Ghalioun asks Subhi to monitor Satar to find out where the cook is.

Zamzam's condition improves, and Wahiba thinks about Sattar's flirtation with her. Sameen calls out to Wahiba for help because he was kidnapped, and a plot takes place to put Jaber in prison.

Omran agrees to negotiate with Jaber to hand over Allawi. Ghalioun kills Omran, causing Wahiba and Shihab to have breakdowns.

The gang discovers Jaber's recruitment. Sattar comes to rescue Wahiba from Ghalioun. A confrontation takes place between Sattar and Ghalioun. The gang is arrested, and Sattar gets involved in a relationship with Wahiba.
