Nasser's family returns to the city of Amirli, and Rafid meets his old friends. Umm Rafid' welcomes the women of the neighborhood at her home, but the nurse's father, Saja, prevents his daughter and wife from going to her.
Mustafa asks the sheikh of the mosque to help him arrest the terrorists, but the latter refuses. Mustafa devises a plan to arrest Abu Moaz, the leader of ISIS, while Hala insists on telling her husband Rafid that his father was killed and that he did not die a natural death.
Saja tries to get closer to Rafid, and the latter and Hala search for how his father died and contact Mustafa to find out the truth.
Nasser is able to obtain information that incriminates Abu Saja in the killing of his father. Mustafa interrogates Abu Moaz, and Abu Thaer refuses to hand over the land to Abu Hassan.
Hassan insists on divorcing his wife, Kawakib. Hala believes that there is a relationship between Nasser and Saja. The latter is forced to save her father from Nasser’s threat to him, so she hits Nasser on the head. Mustafa arrests Abu Anas for his involvement in terrorist operations.
Abu Saja escapes outside Amirli, Nasser searches for him, the people revolt, and demonstrations take place demanding the release of Abu Anas.
Hala asks Rafid to return with her family to Baghdad. Rafid is arrested after things became tense in Amirli and ISIS took control of the city. Mustafa discovers that Abu Hassan has joined ISIS.
Hala remains in the hospital to treat the wounded, and the situation becomes heated in the city. Rafid tries to escape after ISIS attacked the police car. He is surprised by Saja, including her father, and tells her that her father killed his father.
Saja thinks about smuggling Rafid from the grip of ISIS and confesses her love to him. A car accident occurs on the road, causing Hala to return to the hospital to treat the wounded.
Saja claims to the ISIS leader that Rafid wants to join them, and the latter calls Hala from Saja’s phone, which ignites the fires of doubt within her. Mustafa gathers a group of residents to fight ISIS with him.
Saja and Rafid escape from ISIS. In the hospital, Hala quarrels with Mustafa for interfering in patients’ affairs, and Abu Hassan tries to convince his son to leave the city and escape with him.
Supplies are scarce in the city, and Abu Thaer helps provide them. An ISIS member catches Rafid and Saja. The latter claims that they are a couple who are part of the ISIS resistance, but Rafid spoils the matter by admitting the truth.
Fawaz dies, and Rafid tries to escape from the ISIS ambush with Saja, but the latter is shot.
Rafid rescues Saja and takes her to the hospital. The city’s water is cut off, but Hassan opens it secretly. When the prince of ISIS finds out, he orders him to put the oil in the city’s tank with his own hand to prove his loyalty to them.
Saja dies, as does Umm Rafid, and the latter decides to join the resistance in the army.
Things are tense in Amirli after ISIS pressured the people, besieged them, and demanded that Mustafa be handed over to them.
Officer Naji's wedding is held, and ISIS leader Falah bargains to help him enter Amirli in exchange for leaving his family safe.
The ISIS leader kills Falah, places his sister in the slave market, opens fire on the hospital, and succeeds in entering Amirli with the help of Abu Saja.
Qasim, Mustafa's son, joins the resistance. Abu Abdullah, the ISIS member, succeeds in taking control of the hospital and threatens to kill the hostages. Abu Saja burns the documents that convict him of killing Abu Rafid.
Abu Saja disguises himself as a woman and robs Rafid's house. The latter informs him of his daughter's death, which makes him regret what he did and decide to help the military resistance.
The people of Amirli unite with the military and the mosque turns into a field hospital. They succeed in confronting ISIS and Thaer is martyred. Hassan kills Abu Anas, and Hala gives birth to her first child.
