Zeina starts her job at the Islamic Nursing Home and meets Dr. Osama and Abu Karim, who takes her on a tour of the nursing home.

The house receives the chef, Mohammed, who holds competitions between the residents as a form of entertainment, and Zeina participates with them.

Abu Karim tells his colleague at the house, Zilfa, about his life with his late wife. The new resident, Abu Fadi, arrives at the nursing home and everyone welcomes him.

Abu Elias tells his friend that there is a corpse in a room in the home, and he keeps watching everyone until he discovers that it is a doll. The residents play a basketball game and Zilfa achieves a great victory.

The residents stop their competitions in the courtyard because of the rain, and each person reveals a secret that they have been hiding from everyone.

Abu Karim finds a red heart-shaped blanket in his room and starts looking for its owner. He believes that Zeina has placed it there.

Zilfa's sister's serious illness saddens her, and George Khabbaz, the actor, visits the nursing home and seeks to give an acting workshop to the residents.

As Zilfa leaves the house and goes to stay with one of her relatives, Abu Karim decides to reach her, however, Zilfa travels to Canada to see her sister.

Fadi visits his father in the nursing home, and Abu Karim is sad over Zilfa’s departure. Tony Baroud, the media personality, tries to communicate with the residents and give them hope in life.

As the residents film an artwork, Abu Karim participates as an actor in it, and Zeina also becomes part of the crew.

Everyone is happy with Zilfa's return to the house, and Zilfa surprises them that her sister is staying with her in the nursing home.

As Fadi checks on his father's health before he travels, Hassan Hashem, the video maker, visits the home and participates in several activities with the residents. On the other hand, Zilfa searches for the letters that Abu Karim has left for her everywhere, and he tells her of his love for her.

Zilfa is upset after she finds an empty box that she thought contained an engagement ring, however, Abu Karim gives her a romantic surprise on the roof of the house after agreeing with Zeina.

Abu Karim invites Zilfa to dinner, and they watch a romantic movie. Then, he asks her to marry him.

Zeina remembers everything that has happened at the house, all the guests who visited the house, and the events. Moreover, Abu Karim and Zilfa’s wedding is held.
