Several years after the child Yahya Adam burned his family's villa, killing everyone, Akram is asked to find out the motive behind Yahya's actions. In a flashback, Dr. Adam receives his two siblings to stay in the villa, and a ghost appears to Adam's wife.

Dr. Yousra objects to Akram's interference in Yahya's treatment. In a flashback, Sarah tells her husband, Adam, that she does not feel comfortable inside the villa. Rania complains to her husband that Sarah treats her poorly, and strange things happen in Yahya's room.

Yahya tells Yousra that there are people beating him inside the asylum. Akram is referred for investigation for interfering in Yahya’s treatment. In a flashback, the ghost of a child appears to Yahya inside the villa.

In a flashback, Tariq tells Adam that he does not want to live in the villa, while strange events happen to Rania there. Yahya tells his mother that he met a young child in the villa. Sarah tells Reem that she saw a strange woman in her room.

In a flashback, Sarah insists that strange events are happening in the villa, and the ghost child asks Yahya not to tell anyone that he was playing with him.

Yousra asks Akram to cooperate with her on the problem of the young man Yahya. In a flashback, Adam tries to fix things between Tariq and Reem. Nurse Afaf asks Adam to perform an abortion on her because she got pregnant out of wedlock.

Yahya tells Yousra and Akram that he did not burn the villa, but that his neighbor Wael did. In a flashback, Adam tries to find out what is happening to his young son, Yahya, and Afaf commits suicide.

In a flashback, Adam holds himself responsible for Afaf's death. Yahya tries to tell his mother about his fear of the villa and his desire to leave it. Adam discovers that his sister Reem is pregnant.

In a flashback, Sarah tries to communicate with the ghost to find out why it is in the villa. Yahya tells Yousra that his grandfather performed witchery in the villa. Reem’s fiancé refuses to acknowledge that he got her pregnant and refuses to marry her.

Akram and Yousra try to get to the bottom of what is happening with Yahya in the asylum. Yousra tells Akram that strange events occurred while she was treating Yahya. They suddenly find Yahya screaming in the ward, and Akram becomes sure that there is an evil spirit in the place.
