As Saqr Al Arabi is worried about his sons' competition against their cousin Suleiman, he decides to meet with them to discuss their struggle against the Ottomans and seeks the help of his nephew, Muharib.
Saqr chooses Faris as his successor, who suggests holding a vote to choose his successor, and Talha blames Saqr for what he did. On the other hand, Adnan waits for war to break out between the cousins.
Muharib warns Saqr about Adnan Al Uthmani and his exploitation of the division within the Arabs. Muharib’s wife, Nowara, quarrels with Umm Khalid because Khalid obstructed Rawda’s path. Muharib submits his resignation from working in the Ottoman camp.
Faris wins the leadership of the Kabariya, succeeding Saqr, but he gives it up to Muharib, and Adnan revolts and orders his men to raid the town.
Fara'a insists on Sultan marrying Rawda, and a big dinner party is held to confirm Muharib’s nomination and the latter discovers Ammar and Qasim’s agreement against Ouf.
Muharib asks Adnan not to interfere in the rule of the Arabs and asks him to release Ammar and Qasim, and Saqr accidentally injures Nowara during his quarrel with Qasim.
Saqr suffers a heart attack, and Muharib quarrels with Ouf and holds him responsible for what has happened. At the same time, Khaled looks forward to marrying Rawda.
Abu Ammar tries to convince Faris to cooperate with him against Muharib and hand over power to Saad. The Ottomans’ warehouses are robbed, and Muharib seeks to take over his uncle Saqr’s duties throughout his illness and threatens Abu Ammar with revenge.
The Ottoman Sultan decides to hand over all the lands of the oasis to Muharib, which angers Adnan and he imprisons Muharib’s brother.
Ammar, his father, and Saad appear before the judge, who sentences them to treason, but Muharib pardons them, and Sultan returns to the oasis.
Saqr recovers his health, and everyone celebrates. Adnan tries to contact Thuwaiba for his benefit, while Abu Ammar gathers some of the leaders of the neighboring oases against Muharib.
Adnan sends a letter to Saqr in which he indirectly threatens to take revenge on Muharib. Thuwaiba gives Muharib poison that Adnan gave her to use on Muharib and his brothers to get rid of them. Farah tries to convince Sultan to marry Rawda.
Abu Ammar mocks Muharib's invitation to the residents to attend an art seminar, and Rawda manages to drive a wedge between Thabet and Amna to take revenge on her.
Muharib's seminar is a success and everyone welcomes him. Adnan becomes angry and warns Saad about the people rallying around Muharib before the voting process. When Khaled thinks about taking revenge on Thabet, Abu Ammar takes advantage of the situation and tries to prove his loyalty to Muharib.
Muharib conducts training for resistance members, and Abu Ammar hands Khaled over to Muharib. Abu Ammar becomes angry with Rawda when he learns of her relationship with Khaled, and gives her the choice between marrying Sultan or Suleiman.
Nowara tries to convince Abu Sultan not to force Rawda to marry Sultan, so Muaz Ibn Thuwaiba marries her. On election's day, Adnan cheats in counting the votes against Muharib.
The Sheikh blames Ali for making Masoud rig the elections, Adnan is upset that Muharib won a lot of the votes, and Thuwaiba insists that Rawda stays in her home with her husband, Muaz.
Muharib wins the elections, and amidst the celebrations, Ammar accidentally shoots Muharib's young son and kills him.
Muharib refuses to carry out the punishment on Ammar but decides to imprison him for life, and exiles Khaled and his family from the oasis. When Moaz learns that Rawda is being forced to marry him, he tells her that she is like his sister.
As Adnan tries to convince Colonel Kevork not to help the Bedouins, Abu Ammar decides to take revenge on Muharib, who refuses to hold a funeral for his son until he has finished taking over the seat.
Adnan kills Khaled after convincing him to cooperate with him against Muharib. Saqr blames Muharib for pardoning Ammar and his son, and Umm Sultan warns Nowara against taking the cemetery route as Thuwaiba used to do.
The people of the oasis pledge allegiance to Muharib for the position of manager. Thuwaiba reprimands Rawda for her previous relationship with Khaled and warns her against dealing with Amna. Hamid warns Adnan of Muharib's plot to remove him from his position. Abu Ammar agrees with Muharib against Adnan.
Thabet asks Amna to leave the oasis and marry away from their families. Adnan tries to reach an agreement with the British delegation against Muharib, and Abu Ammar promises his son to take revenge on his behalf.
Saqr promises Thabet that he will fulfill his wish to marry Amna, and Sultan and Ouf prepare to leave the oasis at Muharib's command, who sends Saad with a message to Adnan in the hope of proving his loyalty to him.
Saqr suggests to Muharib that the resistance members confront the oasis guards, and Hamid tells Muharib that Adnan revealed their agreement together against him. Adnan agrees with Saad to work with him in exchange for handing him over control of the oasis.
Talha advises Thabet not to marry Amna, and Muharib is shocked when he learns that Adnan has captured Sultan and Ouf and that Abu Sultan has agreed with Adnan to hand Muharib over to him. Adnan breaks up the treaty between him and the Bedouins.
