Hassan returns to his hometown and asks Hamada for his money, which the latter took after Hassan had disappeared in Libya. He also demands his right to reunite with Hind, his former girlfriend who has now become Hamada's wife. Meanwhile, Hind quarrels with Hassan because he left her years ago.

Hamada refuses to give Hassan his money after seeing him talking to Hind and decides to lock her in the house alone, while Hassan kidnaps Hamada's brother, Alaa, to force him to return the money.

Hind gets injured in a fight with Hamada, who takes her to his farm, but Rehab sees him. Hassan finds out where Hind is and takes her to the hospital. She asks him to leave and never speak to her again, while Hamada argues with Hassan about the money and Hind.

Hassan releases Alaa to prove his good intentions, while the family is shaken by Hamada's decision to resort to a traditional method, the Bisha'a (tongue burning), to reveal the truth about Hind and Hassan's statements and their innocence is proven. Alaa fights with Hamada because he rejects his actions.

Hind asks Hamada for a divorce. He physically fights with her, and she accidentally stabs him with a knife. She finds no solution but to take her daughter and run to Hassan, who takes her out of town. However, she falls ill and is admitted to the hospital.

Hind and Hassan go to the latter's friend Osama for help. Hassan introduces Hind as his wife and Osama offers them jobs in his company. However, Hind's daughter reveals their secret, so Osama insists on marrying Hind to Hassan, while Hamada wakes up from the coma.

Alaa prevents Walid from visiting Hamada and accuses his sister Hind of being the reason for what happened to the family. Hamada is released from the hospital and Alaa tells him everything that happened. Hamada asks Mustafa to reconcile with him and help him locate Hassan and Hind.

Hamada gives Shawky money to tell him where Hassan is, while Osama disappears, putting Hind and Hassan in trouble because his company is in trouble with clients, so the two decide to escape. Hamada arrives at their location after they flee.

Hassan, Hind, and her daughter arrive in Cairo to search for Hassan's friend, Sobhi. Ilham tells Hamada that she will help him reach Hind. Hassan confides in Hind that he still loves her. Sobhi travels to Hamada and promises to tell him where Hassan is if he finds him.

Hassan and Hind search the streets for Sobhi and meet Ibrahim, who provides them with a home and a job for Hassan. Fares quarrels with Hassan for working in his place without his knowledge, while Hamada meets Osama, who tells him about Hind's marriage to Hassan.

Hassan works with Fares after their reconciliation, and the latter warns him not to go to Sobhi, who tries to convince Ibrahim to bring Hassan to him, while Fares, Hassan, and Ibrahim plot to deceive Sobhi and steal his money from the warehouse, and Fares is killed.

Hamada agrees with Moamen to deceive Hassan to reach him, while Hamada and Alaa quarrel over the latter's marriage to Rehab and selling his share in the business. Hassan is doubtful of Moamen and learns that Hamada is still alive.

Nesma's mother asks Hassan to marry her to protect her from her brother in exchange for giving him the money he needs. Hind is saddened by this, and Hassan tries to obtain fake visas to escape abroad and is arrested.

Hassan is arrested for a case involving Nesma's mother, but they get out of it and he and Hind leave the house. Hamada reprimands Sahar for causing a scandal for the family and asks her to take an overdose of medicine to die. Hassan tells Hind that Hamada is alive.

Alaa is arrested for Sameh's murder. Hind returns to Hamada and asks him for a divorce, but he refuses and throws her out after taking their daughter. Hassan and Hamada fight, and the mayor intervenes to decide their fate with Hind and the child. Hamada kills Hind.
