After Jalloum's arrest and imprisonment, his friend Hazza, a thief, decides to give up his criminal life, and he becomes a hospital security guard. Because his name is similar to that of a psychiatrist, the hospital administration believes he is the psychiatrist they are waiting for.

After his release from prison, Jalloum searches for his friends Salem and Hazza. The latter continues to work as a psychiatrist at the hospital without anyone discovering the truth, despite his sister's warnings that he might be exposed and imprisoned.

Jalloum visits Hazza in the hospital and plans with him to return to stealing. At the same time, Hazza continues his fake job and succeeds in treating a girl for her psychological problem.

Hazza shares stolen spoils with Salem and Jalloum. The latter insists on robbing the hospital and asks Hazza to disable the surveillance cameras. Hazza tries to get close to Dr. Huda and prove himself to the hospital administration, but Dr. Mishaal becomes suspicious of him.

Hazza presents the plan to rob the hospital to Jalloum and Salem, but when they begin to implement it, they find nothing in the hospital's safe. Mishaal tries to drag Hazza's name into the hospital's investigations.

The renowned writer Sami visits Hazza's clinic and asks him to help him with his fear of the camera and facing the public. Tahani, Mishaal's wife, seeks Hazza's help as a family therapist without her husband's knowledge.

Tahani tells Hazza about her problem with her husband, Mishaal. Hazza notices that the guard Mansour is watching him on Mishaal's orders. Hazza accompanies the writer Sami to a seminar and supports him in front of everyone. Hazza's relationship with Huda grows stronger.

Hazza refuses Jalloum's decision to exclude Salem from their upcoming plan. Mishaal discovers that Hazza is lying about being a doctor, so he confronts him about it. However, the latter blackmails him and threatens to expose his negligence and the fact that he caused the death of a patient.

Hazza thinks about marrying Huda after becoming one of the most famous doctors at the hospital and achieving many successes. At the same time, he and Jalloum succeed in carrying out a new robbery.

Abu Fahd plans with Mishaal to expose Hazza after the medical conference, but Hazza is surprised by the arrival of the real Dr. Hazza, who confronts him about impersonating him. In a sincere conversation with Huda, she rebukes him for getting close to her, and Hazza decides to leave the hospital.
