The police receive a report about the murder of plastic surgeon Wagdy in a hotel, and it turns out that he was secretly married to two women. As the investigation begins, the police interrogate his friend Farid.

In a flashback scene, Wagdy gets to know his wife Ward when she comes to him for plastic surgery. It also becomes clear that he intended to marry a woman named Sireen, so the officer decides to summon her for interrogation.

Hisham interrogates Sireen, and it becomes clear that she was in a relationship with Wagdy's son. Meanwhile, his third wife, Maya, takes a pregnancy test, while Ward spreads the news of her marriage to Wagdy.

In a flashback, Wagdy meets Dr. Maya, falls in love with her, and then marries her. As for Sireen, it turns out that she has abandoned Wagdy's son and become involved with his father. In the Meantime, the police summon Rabie for interrogation.

Hisham discovers that his wife, Nadia, is having an affair with Rabie, and he interrogates her after learning that she was at the crime scene. Meanwhile, journalist Nawal disguises herself as Sarah to gather information from Maya about Wagdy, then publishes everything she finds.

In a flashback, the relationship between Sireen and Rafi becomes strained because of his father, Wagdy. Hisham continues to closely monitor Sireen.

Rabie tells Farid that he wants to sell his father's medical clinic, while a flashback scene reveals that Sireen had made it a condition for Wagdy to divorce his wives for her to agree to marry him.

Hisham issues a travel ban on everyone until the investigation is completed, while Nadia asks for a divorce. While following up on the case, Hisham discovers a relationship between Sireen and the hotel's security guard.

Hisham interrogates Ward after discovering her brother hovering around the hotel at the time of the crime. Moreover, Sireen seeks to get closer to Hisham to achieve a goal of her own.

Ward commits suicide, and her brother Yamen confesses that a fight broke out between her and Wagdy at the time of the crime. Upon searching her phone, it becomes clear that there was a dispute between her and Raghad, and it is revealed that Abu Ahmed forged a passport for Sireen to help her escape.

Hisham discovers that Raghad killed Wagdy after agreeing with the camera operator to cut the recordings, and that the fight with Ward resulted in nothing. The truth is also revealed: the one who died was Ihab, Wagdy's look-alike, and Wagdy is still alive.
