One of the second generation of Egyptian TV presenters, she was nicknamed The Egyptian Television Blonde. She was born in 1942 and joined television in 1968 and presented several programs, including (Memories, movie songs). She appeared in television series and cinema films with her professional personality, such as: The Trial (1993), Tunes (1986), Gang of Hamada and Toto (1982) and others . She married Major General Mohsen El Saeed, brother of Dr. Mustafa El Saeed, the former Minister of Economy, and had a child with him. She is also the sister of the announcer Bossi Shalaby, the wife of the artist Mahmoud Abdel Aziz. She passed away on June 14, 2000.
