He published many books, including Abu Bothinya's poems, and The Arab Art of Zajal, and wrote stories, such as Mary Margaret,and The Lover of Her Brother, and also wrote the story of the movie Abu Zayd Al-Hilali, directed by Ezz Eldein Zo El Faqqar. He passed away in 1989.
