Abdel Wahab presented many songs with his voice, and composed music for Umm Kulthum, Abdel Halim Hafez, Warda, and others. In addition to composing and singing, Abdel Wahab acted in seven films, including The Black Candles (1962), The Impossible (1965) and A Bullet in the Heart (1944).
