An Egyptian author and writer, born in Sharkia Governorate. He spent his life in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. He joined the Faculty of Agriculture at Fouad I University (currently Cairo), where he graduated in 1936. He worked as a technical advisor to the Institution for the Reconstruction of Deserts in Egypt. He also worked as an expert in palm trees at the Orchards Department of the Ministry of Agriculture, then ended up as an advisor to the Minister of Agriculture, until he was referred to retirement. He has produced several collections of poetry, including Diwan Moan and The First Message. From his movies: Elham in 1950.
