She is known for the play Uncle Vanya, written by Antoine Chekhov and directed by Abdel Wahed Taha. In 1961, she made her first appearance on television in a drama directed by Khalil Shawky. Her best works include Years Old (1976), The Collector (1968), and Lanterns (1968).
