Dalia Saad |
An Egyptian actor, director and writer, born in 1913. After completing his elementary education, he got the certificate of competency, then moved to Russia, where he studied editing and directing, and after his return to Egypt, he joined the Institute of Acting and graduated from it, then the state sent him in 1937, to study directing in London. When he returned to Egypt, he participated in many works in the forties, as an actor and director, and among those works Ali Baba & the Forty Thieves, and Passion and Revenge. His work continued until the late seventies, and among his most prominent films are The Nightingale's Prayer, and The Sin. He passed away in 1978.
