Add/Update Information: Jan Fayyad - Director

A Lebanese director, born in the city of Tripoli. He lived with his family in Beirut, then they went to America, where he practiced acting in high school. Later on, he entered the Institute of Acting for two years, then specialized in directing, and obtained diplomas in acting and directing, whereupon he began participating in many theatrical and television works from 1960 to 1962. On Lebanese TV, he made his directorial debut in a telefilm called The Black Cat (1963). His other notable works include Abu El Maragel and Ten Young Slaves.
