A Saudi director and writer, born in Riyadh. He is considered one of the pioneers of theater in Saudi Arabia. He earned a diploma in television directing from the United States of America. He wrote many theatrical works and directed many television series at the beginning of Saudi television drama production. He wrote the first play to be shown on Saudi television for the Saudi theater, which was Doctor in the Valley, which is based on Molière's "The Doctor in Spite of Himself." He joined the Board of Directors of the Society for Culture and Arts in Riyadh and was Chairman of its Theater Committee from 1975 to 2007. His works include The Lunatics (1985), Pranks of Life (1979) and The Strange Visitor (1976).
