The writer Salah Maati was born in 1959. He is a member of the Egyptian Writers Union and a member of the Story Club. He has worked as a broadcaster for a large number of cultural programs on Voice of the Arabs Radio. He won many literary prizes for short story and plays. He wrote a number of dramas for Egyptian radio and television, including Al-Salmaneya (2005), and Searching for Shemandal (2001). |
