He started his career at an early age singing for advertisements and then performed songs from several musical genres such as pop, sad songs, patriotic songs, jazz, hip-hop, and rock. He also participated in singing in several films such as Saawariya (2007), Dil Chahta Hai (2001), Jhankaar Beats (2003), and Arya (2004).
