Salma El-Sharkawy |
An American writer, born in New York, United States. He studied at New York University, where he specialized in anthropology. He later worked in writing and as a reporter for the Arlington Sun newspaper in Virginia. He then moved to Los Angeles to work as an editor for Daring Detective magazine in 1965. He also wrote the war novel The Dirty Dozen, which was turned into a film under the same name in 1967. He died in Laguna Niguel, California, in the United States. |
