An American actor of Chinese descent, born February 17, 1945 in New York. He attended college in Hillsdale, Michigan. He began his acting career in the 1970s, appearing in commercials. Prior to his career in films and television, he appeared in several important plays in New York. He starred in Frank Chin's The Chickencoop Chinaman in 1972. He also participated in the movies The Formula (1980), The Challenge (1982), Robocop 2 (1990), and True Vinyl (2000).
