A Canadian TV personality, born in Toronto, Ontario. She holds a BA in English and Political Science from Trinity College, University of Toronto. She also completed a graduate program at Toronto Metropolitan University in radio and television arts. She moved to CMT Canada to co-host CMT Central. She was a correspondent at the 2003 Country Music Association Awards. She is known for her appearances in Nikita (2011), Flashpoint (2009), and The Border (2008).
