A Swedish actress, born on September 2, 1937, in Stockholm, Sweden. She is the daughter of actor Edvin Adolphson and the sister of composer and singer Olle Adolphson. She married actor Erland Josephson. She studied at the Gösta Theater School in 1954 and the Royal Dramatic Training Academy in 1956. She began her artistic career in 1951 and participated in various works, including Face to Face (1976), Fanny and Alexander (1982), The Devil's Eye (1960), and Private Confessions (1996).
