An American comedian and actor, born in Brooklyn, on October 22, 1903. He received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 1983 with Larry Fine and Mo Howard, members of The Three Stooges. He got married 4 times and had two children. His most important works: Oily to Bed, Oily to Rise (1939), No Dough Boys (1944), Back to the Woods (1937) and In the Sweet Pie and Pie (1941). His health deteriorated, and he died at the age of 48. |
