An American actor, comedian, dancer, and singer of Swedish-English origin, born in Moline, Illinois, USA. He also won a talent competition in the army, which qualified him for television work, and he was able to take lessons in dance, ballet, voice, and acting at Falcon Studios. Among his notable works are The Cat from Outer Space (1978), F Troop (1965-1967), and Eunice (1982). He married dancer, writer, and actress Jackie Joseph (1960-1976), and they had a child who died as an infant. They adopted two children, and their marriage ended in divorce. He died in Burbank, California, USA, on December 1, 2018, from heart complications, at age 85.
