She is an American choreographer and dancer, born on August 8, 1975, in New York, USA. She is one of the pioneers in her field, and she was responsible for the choreography of several well-known films and video clips by prominent artists. She collaborated with many artists such as Missy Elliott, Mariah Carey, and Destiny's Child. She has also worked with director Paul Hunter on the 2001 video for Michael Jackson's "You Rock My World," on which she did not only provide the choreography but also played a leading role as a dancer, alongside Michael Jackson himself. Among her known choreographer works are Gwen Stefani: Hollaback Girl (2005), Switch Up (2023), and for her appearance, Bulletproof Monk (2003).
