She went to John Burroughs High School in Burbank, California, but left two and a half years early to pursue her artistic dreams. Her debut was as a child in Unstrung Heroes (1995), directed by Diane Keaton. She is known for Extreme Movie (2008), The Other Sister (1999), and Riot (1996). She married the musician and investor Asher Simon.
