Bush. He was the youngest to hold this position. Rumsfeld was famous for overseeing the US response to the September 11, 2001 attacks, but his popularity eventually declined due to the violence that happened during the Iraq invasion. He passed away on June 29, 2021 at the age of 88. He participated in the 2004 movie Fahrenheit 9/11.
