Afterwards, he started working as a stunt performer and as an actor performing the roles of a student, doctor, driver, drug dealer, singer, patient, worker, and porter. His last appearance was in the 1985 movie Thou Shalt Not Kill... Except. Then he started to work behind the camera teaching actors how to use firearms in front of the camera on film and television until 1990 when he was forced to retire due to illness.
