He also wrote songs in "Beach Party" movies made by American International Pictures, which he appeared in as well. His credits include Good Morning Vietnam (1987), and Never Too Young (1965). He was married to Joanne Christian. He died of liver and kidney failure on 11 July 1991 in Tarzana, California, US. |
