British musician and actress, born on June 16, 1975 in Bradford, United Kingdom. She played the piano and the guitar when she was young. She went to St. Joseph's Catholic College, and studied acting at Manchester Metropolitan University, where she earned her BA (Hons). She became known when she played Anne Cullen in the TV series Emmerdale Farm in 1997. She is known for London Burning (1988), Lip Service (2010) and Never Let Go (2015).
