• An Italian actor, born in Oristano, Italy. He emigrated to Belgium, where he worked as a miner, and then returned to Italy, worked in a restaurant, and was discovered by director...Read more Mario Monicelli's assistant. He gave him a part in Big Deal on Madonna Street (1958). He appeared in more than 100 productions, such as The Girl with a Pistol (1968) and Riff Raff Girls (1959). He published his own autobiography by the end of 2004. A documentary entitled L'insolito ignoto - Vita acrobatica di Tiberio Murgia was made in 2012 about his life. He suffered from Alzheimer's and passed away in a nursing home in Tolfa on August 20, 2010.
