An American actress, born in San Francisco, California, USA, as Edith Victoria Humburg. Her parents worked in vaudeville. She was the leading lady of the stock company at the Wigwam Theatre in San Francisco in 1917 before appearing on screen. Her acting career spanned from the 1930s to the 1950s. She is known for Vacation Days (1947), High School Hero (1946), and Freddie Steps Out (1946). She was married to Charles Elven Elliott. She died on April 9, 1978, in San Diego, California, USA.
