Amer Monib’s German doctor refuses to come to Cairo.

In an unexpected surprise, Amer Monib’s German supervising doctor refused to come to Egypt to monitor his condition claiming that he is uneasy with the current political situation, despite a prior agreement with him and Amer’s brother Gamal.The doctor explained that it would be much better and safer to relocate Amer to Germany where he will receive ample of care and round the clock supervision, especially with all the staff available and not only the doctor himself. That same team of physicians was also the same team who operated on Amer last year and knows his medical history and condition very well.Sadly, Amer is still in ICU at Dar El Fouad Hospital in the 6th of October residential area, after his health deteriorated due to contamination of the wound, according to some of Monib’s friends who visited him recently.
