The production company of the new TV series "Fata Min Al Sharq – A Girl from the East" has decided to nominate Suzanne Najm El Din instead of Sulaf Fawakhirjee because of Sulaf's political opinion regarding the events in Syria. The series, which is written by Ali Ahmed and directed Abd El Hay Al Matrawi, is about a Jordanin girl "Omneya Al Mufti" who used to be an Isralei spy during the time of the late president Yasser Arafat. It will be produced by "Sawt Al Qahera".Suzanne is currently staying in the USA with her children which is the reason she recently refused working in the new Syrian drama "Al Masabeeh Al Zuroq – The Blue Lamps". However, if she will agree on working in "Fata Min Al Sharq" she will have to leave the USA.The Syrian community and the Syrian club in Los Angeles has honored Suzanne in a grand party for her work and celebrated her stay in the USA. In the celebration, Suzanne thanked everyone and sent a love message to her family and fans. She dedicated this honoring ceremony to her country Syria and wished for peace and love to return there.
