Ahmed Rizk Nominated to Star in "Ya Ana Ya Gedo"

The Egyptian MediaProduction City has nominated Ahmed Rizkto starin the comedy show “Ya Ana Ya Gedo” (Me or My Grandpa), which waswritten by Fathy El Gendy and will be directed by Moataz El Tony, in a joint production between the EMPC and Modern RamsesProductions.

Fathy stated thatthe show will be a “social comedy with a lot of ironies,” andthat the producers have settled on Hassan Hosnyto play the role ofthe grandfather, and Ayten Amer to co-star. Production is set tostart as soon as the contracts with the rest of the crew are signed.

Ahmed Rizk's mostrecent appearance was in the 2012 ramadan shows Khatout Hamra' (RedLines) with Ahmed El Sakka and El Akhoa El A'daa (Brothers butEnemies) with Salah El Saadani.
