Captain Ahmed, one of the most qualified police officers, is accused by his colleague, Captain Abdullatif, of borrowing a large sum of money from him without repaying it, only for Ahmed to pay it again so as not to lose him as a friend, but when he arrives at Abdullatif's house, he finds him dead.

When Captain Ahmed tries to flee from the murdered Abullatif's apartment, he is surprised by the police and decides to escape through the window. The police lift Ahmed's fingerprints and he is accused of the murder of Abdullatif.

Captain Ahmed continues with his getaway and turns to Dr. Hamed, whom he meets in a hospital, to help him uncover the true culprit.

Dr. Hamed questions Captain Ahmed to obtain any information that helps him prove his innocence. After Ahmed rushes to escape from the hospital before anyone spots him, a truck driver helps him to get out of the city. Hamed is able to prove the presence of another person at the same time of the crime.

The chief of police admonishes Hamed for helping Captain Ahmed, who is accused of murder. The police recieves a tip from an unknown person, informing them that Ahmed is hiding with a tribe in the desert, after which the forces run off to arrest him.

As Captain Ahmed tries to reach Nafal, suspecting that he has killed Abdullatif, he arrests him and tries to interrogate him to find out the truth.

After Nafal confesses to Captain Ahmed that he killed Abdullatif, he arrests him and takes him in the car trunk to the police station, at which he is shocked that Abdullatif is still alive, and that it was only a promotion test for Ahmed, who returns to his wife and daughter to celebrate with them.
